Japanese Green Tea - Gyokuro
Popular green tea from Japan. It's popular because of unique way of growing process. Gyokuro bushes are covered in shade two weeks before harvesting, which creates a light but very complex blend and a luscious deep dark green color.
I love it lighter green and sweet taste when brew it at 175ºF for 45sec. You won't taste any bitterness when brewing at this temperature. Gyokuro great for multiple infusion as well.
